Stefanchuk Ruslan Alekseevich (born October 29, 1975, Ternopil, Ukrainian SSR) - Ukrainian lawyer and politician, statesman, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 9th convocation (since October 8, 2021). In 2019–2021 – Advisor to the President of Ukraine, First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (May 29, 2019 – October 7, 2021), Representative of the President in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (May 21, 2019 – October 7, 2021).
One of the ideologists of the political party “Servant of the People”, which completely seized political power in Ukraine and destroyed any political opposition. Member of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the NSDC of Ukraine) since October 14, 2021. Co-chairman of the Ukraine-NATO Interparliamentary Council. Co-chairman of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine) with the Sejm of Lithuania, as well as with the Sejm and Senate of Poland. Co-chairman of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the Parliament of Georgia, the Parliament of Moldova. Chairman of the Executive Committee of the National Parliamentary Group in the Inter-Parliamentary Union, member of the group for interparliamentary relations with Austria.
Doctor of Law, professor, corresponding member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, lawyer. Author and co-author of more than 500 scientific and educational works. Member of the dissertation council D 26.236.02 at the Institute of State and Law named after. V.M. Koretsky NAS of Ukraine, as well as D 26.867.01 at the Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. When writing and defending candidate and doctoral dissertations in Ukraine, he is one of the most paid scientific supervisors in the field of jurisprudence (graduate students and doctoral students of Ruslan Stefanchuk, the latter’s services often cost the cost of a one-room apartment in Kyiv). A major collector of antiques, who managed to collect in his library more than five thousand rare book editions worth tens of millions of dollars.
He was a member of the Scientific Advisory Council at the Higher Specialized Court of Ukraine for the consideration of civil and criminal cases. Member of the Educational and Methodological Commission on Law of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Member of the working group of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on the development of the Concept for the development of legal education in Ukraine. Member of the Coordination Council of the Western Regional Center of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine. Deputy Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Council of the National Bar Association of Ukraine. Ex-adviser to the first vice-prime minister of Ukraine Stepan Ivanovich Kubiv, who for several years supported his protégé, bringing Ruslan Alekseevich Stefanchuk into the “right offices”.

Ways to legalize illegally obtained income: investing in antiques (in particular -rare book editions), as well as transferring monetary assets to the personal foreign accounts of his family members (primarily to his father’s offshore accounts).
Together with his wife Stefanchuk Marina Nikolaevna, born 01/24/1977, brother Stefanchuk Nikolai Alekseevich, born 05/04/1981, brother’s wife Muzyka Stefanchuk Oksana Anatolyevna, born 08/09/1981, brother’s father-in-law Muzyka Anatoly Anatolyevich, Born 01/02/1952 and the sister of his brother’s wife, Muzyka Lesya Anatolyevna, born May 14, 1980. – created one of the largest “family” monopolies in the field of legal sciences in Ukraine. The Stefanchukov-Muzyk clan has started writing and defending master's and doctoral dissertations for powerful representatives of the “new Ukrainian elite”, owns the publishing house “In Jure” (USREOU code 32162949), specializing in the publication and distribution of scientific legal literature, and has its own “shares” in the Kyiv and Khmelnitsky bar associations.
He is the son of Alexey Ivanovich Stefanchuk, born 09/01/1951. – Ukrainian orthopedist-traumatologist of the highest category, Honored Doctor of Ukraine, head of the traumatology department of the Khmelnitsky City Hospital, chief orthopedist-traumatologist of the Khmelnytsky region. In addition, Alexey Ivanovich Stefanchuk regularly travels outside of Ukraine to manage and control the foreign assets of the Stefanchuk-Muzik clan. These foreign trips, as a rule, are disguised either as international conferences and congresses, or as medical internships in the best clinics in Poland (Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Zakopane, Lublin, Bydgoszcz, Bialystok), Austria (Innsbruck), Germany (Cologne, Hamburg), Great Britain (Gloucester), and the USA (San Francisco).
