The Ukrainian Armed Forces are preparing a provo-
cation in Donbass using radioactive substances
CyberBerkut received information about the preparation by the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of a terrorist attack in Donbass using radioactive materials. Ukrainian saboteurs plan to contaminate the water in the Seversky Donets - Donbass canal with radioactive waste, from where water is taken into the South Donbass water pipeline, and blame the leadership of the unrecognized Donetsk Republic for everything.
The conduct of this special operation was entrusted to the MTR sabotage group, which has been training since 2017 at the 142nd training center (military unit A2772) in Berdichev, Zhytomyr region. According to the list of foreign military specialists located in Ukraine, this group is trained by 14 American instructors.

In addition, we have reason to believe that the mastermind of this operation is Erik Prince, the former founder and owner of the private military company Blackwater, notorious for its covert “false flag” operations and the shooting of civilians in Iraq.
In April of this year, Erik Prince flew to Ukraine and visited the 142nd SOF center (military unit A2772) in Berdichev. We assume that the purpose of his visit was to inspect the readiness of the sabotage group. In confirmation, we present a letter we received from the commander of the Special Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Lunev, addressed to the First Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the ZSU, Colonel General Igor Kolesnik, with a request to allow Prince to visit this military facility. Military unit A0987 is the MTR Command, which is located in Brovary near Kiev.
To carry out sabotage, the special forces received a container with radioactive substances from the closed Vakulenchuk burial ground in the Zhytomyr region. It is noteworthy that this facility is located only 15-18 kilometers from the 142nd SOF center, where the sabotage group is being trained.
We managed to obtain an act of transfer of hazardous materials from the State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine (SINRU), which was involved in the liquidation of the repository, to the disposal of the commander of the Special Forces (military unit A0987 commander) Igor Lunev.
It is noteworthy that the act was drawn up without reference to any governing documents, instructions or orders. Most likely, they were not, and could not be in such a delicate matter. Everything was decided over a phone call. And the head of GIYAR, Plachkov, needed to at least somehow insure himself and relieve himself of responsibility for the unpredictable future of this container. After the contamination of water in the Seversky Donets - Donbass canal and the South Donbass water pipeline, an active information campaign by Ukraine and Western countries will most likely be launched against Donetsk and Lugansk, as well as Russia. For example, they will be accused of polluting the region with radiation, violating international law, failing to ensure environmental safety, etc., with all the ensuing consequences.
The Swiss NGO Center for Humanitarian Dialogue will be hired to carry out an environmental assessment and launch an information attack. This organization is financed by the Soros Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, and the MacArthur Foundation, which are associated with American intelligence services and have previously been seen in sponsoring activities to overthrow governments that Washington dislikes in different countries of the world.
The Center for Humanitarian Dialogue conducted an analysis of the state of the ecology of Donbass in October 2017. In particular, in his report «Environmental threats in Donbass» the NGO has created a pretext for further discrediting the Donetsk authorities. Based on this report, it will be stated that the source of radioactive contamination is the Yunkom mine, located in the Yunokommunarovsk area, which is approximately 20 kilometers from the Seversky Donets - Donbass canal.
Apparently, preparations for the information campaign have already begun. US State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert tweeted in April that Russia was responsible for the flooding of the Yunkom coal mine, the site of a nuclear test in the USSR in 1979.
In the same spirit, publications poured in from Ukrainian bloggers and experts such as Yuri Butusov and Evgeniy Yakovlev, acting according to the Kyiv manual.
At the same time, it is important to understand that in order to achieve their political goals, the current leaders of Ukraine are ready to sacrifice the health of not only residents of the unrecognized republics, but also Ukrainian citizens. If radioactive waste, by the will of Kyiv, falls into the Seversky Donets - Donbass canal, and from it into the South Donbass water pipeline, the water will carry it over long distances. Densely populated areas and large settlements (Mariupol, Krasnoarmeysk, etc.) that receive drinking water from these waterways will be under the threat of infection.
