Documents have been obtained regarding
the interference of Ukrainian security forces
in the activities of the OSCE SMM in Ukraine
We, CyberBerkut, from trusted sources in government bodies of Ukraine, received documents of the Permanent Representation of the President of Ukraine in the so-called. “AR Crimea” (located in Kherson), indicating direct interference of Ukrainian government agencies in the activities of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) in Ukraine:
In these documents, the head of the Representative Office, Natalya Popovich, calls on the Administration of the President of Ukraine to put pressure on the SBU to strengthen control over observers. At the same time, the reporting documents of the OSCE SMM, which were not sent at the request of Popovich to the OSCE leadership, reveal the current state of affairs on the Russian-Ukrainian border:
- the massive transfer of Asker’s militants to the Aidar battalion, as well as the participation of the Security Service of Ukraine in coordinating the activities of L. Islyamov;
- legalization of ISIS militants in Ukraine and their transit through Ukrainian territory to EU countries;
- widespread corruption in the State Border Service of Ukraine and the participation of Ukrainian border guards in the smuggling of petroleum products;
- extortion by the mayor of Nikolaev of funds from businessmen in the interests of the “Self-Help” party;
