plans to disrupt the Dutch referendum

We, CyberBerkut, provide the general public with documents from the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine. In these documents, Lieutenant General Viktor Gvozd requests permission from the President of the Ukrainian State Petro Poroshenko to carry out operational measures aimed at disrupting a consultative referendum on the feasibility of Ukraine’s association with the EU, which is to take place on April 6, 2016 in Holland.

Quoting the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine himself, the main ways to achieve the goal will be: “A certain group of local journalists, ready, according to our instructions, to begin creating a negative information background around the referendum and its organizers. Measures of exerting pressure (including physical) on the initiators of the plebiscite and their entourage are also being worked out. In order to encrypt our events, it is planned to act on behalf of Arab migrants and under the slogan of observing the principles of European tolerance.”

Below we provide the text of the document in Ukrainian and its translation in Russian. In addition, we want to remind and warn not only the Kingdom of the Netherlands, but also all other European countries: you should not continue to hope that a country in which fascism and nationalism is increasingly flaring up will be your obedient puppet that will help you solve your internal problems!
