This time we’ve obtained the document disclosing the content of Ukrainian authorities' criminal decisions about the people of Donbas. Being in Berlin president Poroshenko convinces Angela Merkel and Francois Hollande to his commitment to the Minsk Agreements, meanwhile all efforts made by Kiev are aimed at the breakdown of October local election in self-proclaimed republics.

23.08.2015 CyberBerkut opened correspondence of Igor Rajnin!
We, CyberBerkut, have got access to Igor Lvovicha Rajnin's e-mail – one of visible executioners of the Russian-speaking population of Ukraine. The personal correspondence of I.L. Rajnin received by us has shown not only a real face of the chairman of the Kharkov regional administration, but also has given the chance to realise once again duplicity of all new Ukrainian «elite». So, still recently I.L. Rajnin has been connected with the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Ukraine A.B. Avakov. However as soon as the new chairman of Kharkov regional administration has managed to find for itself more favourable party - it has there and then replaced a political command, having run across in Peter Poroshenko's environment which at present is in the conflict to A.B. Avakov.
First two of resulted below screenshots - confirm the fact of dependence of I.L.Rajnin from the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine A.B. Avakov. In I.Rajnin's letter throws mud at the «Turboatom’s» director V.Subbotin, businessmen J.Sapronov, the vice-president of the Kharkov country council, dear person E.Oleshko, naming their fools and even worthless things. Surprisingly and that any after I.Rajnin will be three years is included with V.Subbotin into one deputy group in a regional council where will validly respond about its qualities of the manager and the business executive. In general, the hypocritical position of the new Kharkov governor is available. And let after that in the interviews to «Commander-in-chief» and «the Ukrainian truth» he does not tell about the adherence to principles. We do not trust!
The pertinent will note also that fact, as with corruption schemes with which the governor actively struggles, not all so is simple. The screenshots of letters resulted more low, confirm I.L. Rajnin's attempt to sell the smart private residence located on 30 hundred parts of the earth in several kilometers from of Kharkov. Probably, for such life with the salary in some thousand hrivnas (Ukrainian money) in a month swells on the Maidan in 2013-2014 struggled, and neo-Nazis in zone АТО on Donbass in 2014-2015 continue to struggle!.. 09.07.2015 MinStets opposes freedom of speech
We, CyberBerkut, continue publishing documents obtained from the computer networks of the Ukrainian Ministry of Information Policy.
Once again we can see that the activity of this Ministry is aimed at the injunction of freedom of speech. Ministry Yuri Stets with his agitators try to conceal the truth from the citizens and the international community, cheat them and justify crimes of Kiev’s regime. Their main enemy is every journalist who tries to understand the situation and show it from all sides. That’s why the best way to fight these enemies is to forbid the access way to the country or deprive accreditation and deport from the country.

Here we can see some directions for Ukrainian servicemen obtained from one of the MinStets’ hard disks. It has several actions of how to find journalists who are interested in «antiukrainian information activity». The document impresses by its detailed description. It’s ridiculous but if you have a laptop, a memory card, a camera or other «gadgets» your entry into Ukraine may be simply denied.

Besides, we have the list of mass media agencies’ employees made by SBU, who cannot have the accreditation. Deputy Minister of Information Policy Tatyana Popova in her e-letter said that «the list is not for mass media» and «its publishing is forbidden». And it’s clear. The list is abundant and it looks strange even for agitators from the MIPU. Tatyana Popova admits that «SBU overdid a little» for you can see some Russian liberal agencies such as «Kommersant», «Vedomosti», and some western media giants «BBC» Russian service and «Voice of America». How come they haven’t pleased Kiev?

For example, project «InformNapalm» holds oneself as «volunteer». But according to Tatyana’s e-message to Artem Bidenko, this is a project of «some people from the Ukrainian Defence Ministry, whose cover can’t be blown».

02.07.2015 The Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine can't cope with lawlessness
of the security forces and "volunteer" battalions.
We, CyberBerkut, continue to monitor the computer networks of the Armed Forces, National Guard and the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine. Today at our disposal proved to be the official documents confirming the fact that the so-called "Volunteer" battalions completely beyond the control of Kiev. In fact, they have turned to organized crime groups, who rob and kill their own people. During the punitive operation, they are so accustomed to impunity and permissiveness that feel above the law and commandments of God.
The number of crimes committed by the "defenders of a unified Ukraine" can not be counted, and the authorities can no longer turn a blind eye and pretend that nothing is happening. As we can see from the documents, there are information not only about the bandit company "Tornado" and the battalion "Aydar" whom excesses are already known to all, but also about other "volunteer" battalions, as well as regular units of the Armed Forces and the Security Service of Ukraine. All these crimes, which number are actually much more, will require many years of investigations. Thus, according to the report of the Military Prosecutor of the Southern region of Ukraine P. Bogutskiy only in the Luhansk region recently was committed more than 200 crimes by the servicemen of the battalions. A brief description of their "exploits" takes as many as 80 pages.
Here are just a few examples of criminal activity of the punishers, otherwise they can not be named.
Thus, according to the materials of the criminal case the bandits of the "Aydar" battalion made armed assault on the deputy of Lugansk Regional Council S. Devizorov, they stole his car and other property. Investigators found the Devizorov in the trunk of one of his cars.
Fighters of the "Lviv" battalion have killed resident of Severodonetsk town Alexander Lebedynets.
Now it's not uncommon armed clashes between "volunteer" formations and units of the National Guard. The commander of the military baze 3024 of National Guard seeks to award its troops who had detained militants of "Aydar" battalion.
Here is another interesting document, now dealing with "Azov" battalion.
The deputy chief of the Eastern operational and territorial associations of National Guard working with staff V.Pilipenko reports that the commanders of "Azov" does not comply with, and sometimes deliberately ignored the orders to management of the National Guard.
Security Service of Ukraine also actively engaged in criminal activity. Whether on its own initiative or at the secret instructions guide they kidnap people who disliked the regime. 29.06.2015 The budget of Armed forces of Ukraine on 2015 - 2018
We, CyberBerkut, have received in the order documents from the closed information network of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. As a matter of fact is a budget of Armed forces of Ukraine on 2015 - 2018 though literally the document is called «Rough requirement of Armed forces of Ukraine for means on 2016 - 2018, taking into account carrying out АТО (without an active phase, in directions)». The given document has been made in the Joint Staff of Armed forces of Ukraine, and is signed personally by the chief of Central administrative board of defensive and mobilisation planning of the Joint Staff of Armed forces of Ukraine (lieutenant general Vladimir Hamitovich Askarov) .
The most interesting, in the received document, that expenses for continuation of war with the people, Kiev plans to increase year by year is represented. Besides, From Ukraine it will be interesting to military man of Armed forces to learn about that fact, that means allocated for wages, habitation building, improvement and other social packages will practically not grow, and in general make the minimum part of articles of expenses of the Ministry of Defence. And here enormous money resources both on reequipment, and on erection of defensive works, and on carrying out of mobilisation up to 2018, and on preparation of reservists plan to finish number of armies to 250 000 persons of staff, actively allocating thus.
Also it is necessary to notice, that in a percentage parity military expenses to gross national product of Ukraine (including to predicted gross national product) make: in 2015 - 3,36 % from gross national product, in 2016 - 6,22 % from gross national product, in 2017 - 6,08 % from gross national product, in 2018 - 5,67 % from gross national product. And it thus, for example, that the countries of the block of NATO, for loading decrease on economy, already is a lot of years back as have agreed to spend for the defensive industry no more than 2 % from country gross national product in a year, and for today only the USA dares to spend more! Thus, blossoming and stabilisation of economy of Ukraine is not expected and thanks to expenses on war continuation as 4 - 6 % from gross national product of Ukraine in a year on war are one more nail in a cover of a coffin of the Ukrainian State building and economic development!

21.06.2015 Two ways for the Ukrainian State: World War or destruction of invaders
We, CyberBerkut, responsibly declare: an occupational mode of the Ukrainian State (so-called Kiev Junta) and their puppeteers from the USA and Europe the next months plan new and global promotion of a flywheel of War. To the Western world and if to be more exact - only and only the USA new World war is necessary. A battle-field for a long time already it is defined - territory of the Ukrainian State. Our people are in all structures of the Ukrainian State, and payment of all and each military criminal - is not passed! If at you, citizens and officers still remained, though a prudence and honour drop - take in hands the weapon, extract the operative information and a military information, struggle personally and destroy collectively military criminals of an occupational mode!
If you the officer of power structure of Ukraine - are not silent, and start to struggle with criminals at the power. Follow an example with remained true to the oath of the officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs given by it which the first with the weapon in hands, in February, 2014 has called the people and employees of the power block to struggle with revolution in the country! We, CyberBerkut, have received the list of a battalion «Aydar» in the order. All data about the given battalion are in a file in a format «Excel».
The battalion «Aydar», no less than battalion «Azov» - differs the cruelty concerning the peace population of Donbass. The list of the crimes made by a given battalion can go in with ease in doctor's work on research of crimes against humanity and the world. Besides, and special point, - it is necessary to note hatred of nazis from the given battalion even to soldiers from Armed forces of Ukraine: it is expressed and in use of the given battalion in quality of «protecting groups» for Armed forces of Ukraine, and in the made hatches at tanks of Armed forces of Ukraine (as a matter of fact - the same role of «protecting groups», the truth perverted and finished to the point of irrationality in the activity), and in constant angry statements towards Armed forces of Ukraine. The list of staff of a battalion «Aydar» has been transferred us by the Kharkov Underground. 04.06.2015 USA suppress the facts of the violation of the Minsk agreements by Kiev
We, Cyber Berkut, keep on our presence in the computer networks of Kiev junta.
This time we have hacked an e-mail of Major General A. Taran, who works as an head expert in the Common center of cease-fire control and coordination. In his letters we have found satellite images, which show multiple violations of the Minsk agreements by Kiev regime. Namely, we are talking about withdrawal of heavy weaponry farther from the contact line in the conflict area.
Here is the screenshot of Taran’s letter sent from the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It also contains an embedded letter of US embassy employee T.Podobinska-Shtyk.
Thereby, it is getting clear that the West and Kiev are informed about all violations and intentionally suppress there facts.
The letter also contains satellite photographs which identify the location of large-calibre artillery in close proximity to the borders of uncontrolled by Kiev areas.

04.06.2015 Plans of The Western world on carrying out of information wars
We, CyberBerkut, have received on hand documents of the presentations made «friends and partners» from the USA for followers of the present illegitimate Kiev power, which train how to adjust the population in the necessary party for the government by information and psychological manipulations! As it is possible to understand from documents, such schemes have been well debugged the USA, and now they share experience with Ukraine.
The project presentation on realisation of information-psychological operation under the name «Free Donbass» is more low resulted.
The given operation is directed on inhabitants of territories of Donbass not under control to Kiev. The purpose is creation of radio station which except music will present to people the information «correct» and favourable to Junta. With radio stations as follows from the document, the NATO already successfully realised earlier such scheme in Iraq, and their radio stations as a result of a steel are rather popular among young Arabs. And the radio receivers which have been adjusted on the necessary frequency it is planned to transfer to inhabitants of Donbass as the humanitarian help!

Further the presentation of the project of the same information-psychological operation only directed already to Russia follows. Developers of the project from the USA are most likely frightened by moods of inhabitants of Russia therefore as try to counteract and force actively it people to think in an opposite direction.
Their basic idea is direct discredit of the president of Russia and its nearest environment, and also artificial creation of panic moods in a society and mistrust provocation to a state policy. Active cooperation with «the fifth column» in the form of the persons receiving foreign grants, work with opposition and distribution of the information generating and supporting separative moods is planned.

People will try to intimidate possible growth of the terrorism proceeding from Crimea, and to inhabitants of frontier regions of Russia threaten with economic and military instability in hope of growth of panic and separative moods.
Partners of the Ukrainian authorities from the USA wish to force inhabitants of Russia to consider the country as the totalitarian state with imperial and aggressive ambitions. (It is necessary to notice, that on an example of inhabitants of Ukraine the similar information has rather not bad got accustomed in minds of people, and, means, as is sad, technologies work!) provocation of deterioration of relations of Russia first of all with Belarus and Kazakhstan also is planned, i.e. those states, with which at Russia the closest interrelations at present are chosen.

We, Cyber Berkut, keep on our presence in the computer networks of Kiev junta. This time we have hacked Ukrainian President's Administration servers. We found confidential documents of Soros Fund among the files downloaded. They contain the strategy for Ukraine and fragments of correspondence between Petro Poroshenko and George Soros.
We have already warned of the inadmissibility of the US interference into the affairs of our country. We also repeatedly announced the unacceptability of anti-popular policy of Kiev, which turned Ukraine into the vassal of the USA.
The possessed materials urge that Soros needs Ukraine only to battle Russia. That's why he insists on delivering up-today lethal weapons by the USA and training Ukrainian soldiers abroad.
Honored and ex-high ranking military leaders – American General Wesley Clark and his Polish colleague Valdemar Skrzypczak – will advise Poroshenko how to restore the fighting capacity of Ukraine.
Soros advises to create the mirage of struggle against corruption and financial instability for Ukrainian people. Although he agrees Ukraine to be on the edge of catastrophe, its financial system is crippled, reserves are exhausted and Hryvnia is backed by nothing.

30.05.2015 US Special Forces are preparing sabotage in Ukraine
We, CyberBerkut, continue to control the computer networks of Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine.
Today we obtained information that the Head of the Department of Special Operations Coordination Center of the United States European Command will arrive to Kiev from Stuttgart within the next few days with the group of the US military psychological warfare experts.
The group together with the Ukrainian specialists entrusted with the tasks of the organizing and carrying out acts of information sabotage against the self-proclaimed republics of Donbass and the Russian-speaking population of Ukraine.
Ms. Tatyana Popova, Deputy Minister of Information Policy will be responsible for coordinating the activities of American commandos and Ukrainian propagandists.
